Mont Blanc Hotel & Condos offers lodging at the foot of the slopes and on the lake. Options include mountain condos, village condos, Faustin condos, and hotel rooms. Condos range from studios to three-bedroom units. Two-bedroom mountain condos feature a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two single bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a double sofa bed. Three-bedroom condos include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom, and a double sofa bed. Select rooms include a seating area. Some condos have electric fireplaces (winter only) and patios with BBQs (summer only). Certain Village Deluxe condos have access to the Village Mont Blanc swimming pool, hot tub, and private lake during the summer. Hotel rooms provide air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. They also include a refrigerator, a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and a capsule-type coffee machine. Ski lockers are available during the winter.

The O'Bayou restaurant provides a menu with summer flavors. Located at the MbPark ZONE, the O'Bayou Terrasse offers a menu. The restaurant-bar opens from 4 PM for lunch on Thursdays.

Mont Blanc provides activities in both summer and winter. MbPark ZONE includes WIBIT water games, a water cable, watercraft rental, and volleyball. A nautical cable is available, along with kayak and paddleboard rental. Mountain biking is available from 10:00 to 18:00. A Wibit Giant Inflatable Water Park is open from 11:00 to 19:00. There are trails designed with jumps, banked turns, and descents. A lift system transports cyclists and their bikes to the top of the mountain. There is also a wakeboard cable experience. Kids who want to learn park skills have the option to take 4-hour small group lessons from 9:45 AM to 11:45 AM and from 1 PM to 3 PM. A beach and an indoor play park are available during the summer.
